PURPOSE AND GENERAL NOTES

The purpose of this CRF session is to perform astrometric observations in order
to strenghten the ICRF in the southern sky. The scheduling technique basically
continues the technique used by Alan Fey in previous CRF sessions; however, this
session uses ten additional sources in the south provided by Alet de Witt.

The scheduling strategy follows the template of previous CRF sessions: the scan 
length is 7 minutes for each source with a default flux value of 0.50 Jy in both X-
and S-band.

The source list (43 sources) is the source list of CRF102. It was modified by replacing 
ten of the sources by ten other sources that had less than ten observations (as 
found in the most recent S/X catalog) as well as K-band and Ka-band sources not
in the S/X catalog but that are potential targets.
