HOBART12 (Hb/d): Station reports: there is a new source of RFI in S-band at Hobart. The affected freq. range is approx. 2320 to 2400 MHz. Correlator answers: I see it in the autocorrelation in BBC013 (SR5U) and BBC14 (SR6U), but I do not see it in the cross correlation. The RFI is there but it is not strong enough to make the visibility amplitudes in the affected channels to diverge strongly from the amplitudes in the non-affected channels. The RFI is not present in any other station, so the spurious signal does not correlate. Conclusion: it is there but it does not disturb us. KATH12M (Ke/a): The DBBC had to be restarted at 06:57 UTC. Recording was stopped from this point in tie until 07:10 UTC. KOKEE (Kk/K): Cable cal radings are anomalous. Operating at higher system temperatures. Used manual pcal. NYALES20 (Ny/N): Occasionally LO looses lock in XR6U. TIGOCONC (Tc/Q): Ok. WESTFORD (Wf/E): Pcal amplitude in all the S-band channels becomes about 40 % lower between UT 155-0125 to UT 155-1155. No problem with the visibility.
