This is a replacement schedule which includes Tigo. The purpose is to find out Tigo's new position after the massive earthquake that shook Chile.

This is a high-return, moderate-risk schedule.  
1) Measuring Tigo's position so quickly after the quake will provide us with important scientific data.  
2) Simulation studies indicate that if TIGO produces no good data, the EOP from this session would still be accepatble.
