Purpose
=======
The project is the first implementation of a third INTENSIVE-observation
routine to improve UT1-determination.
The project started with regular observations each Monday on August 27th 2007. 
With its regular experiments it will be both independent control and
reasonable complement to the existing observation routine using baseline Wz-Kk, Wz-Ts
The goal is to bring up final processed data in less than a few hours to the 
IVS data centers. 

Schedule
========
The schedule was produced by using a mixture of the automatic and the manual mode
of the actual sked version.
The minimum scan duration was fixed to 40 sec .
The minimum SNR on all baselines is 25 at X band and 20 at S band.

COMMENT
=======
KASHIM34 will replace TSUKUBA for some time, because Ts 
has to repair the antenna after a lightning strike.
WETTZELL will not participate in the Int3 session during
their repair from September through mid-November.
