This session has mixed bandwidths since Fortaleza is 
included. Fortaleza is using 4 MHz.

Ny Alesund was tagged along to this session.

Since Seshan has only 8 BBCs, there are only
4 being used at X and 4 being used at S. A total of 9
channels are being recorded because one of the X-band
converters is used for both upper and lower sideband.
