                  (freq f) is depressed in amp and PC by 10-20% on
		  about 10% of the scans.
		  
Fortaleza(F)- - - Did not observe - cryo problem.

Gilcreek(A) - - - No problems, Y axis repaired since na383.   

Kokee(K)- - - - - No problems.

Wettzell(V) - - - No problems.                 



S-band delay rate residuals show ionospheric disturbance on
baselines: GK AK AV GA


Reprocessing: 127 scans = 26%  (problem with Phase Cal Module
necessitated extra reprocessing)
