Green Bank(N) - - No problems.
Ny Alesund(O) - - Phase cal is very unstable on 10% of scans, randomly
distributed in time. Chuck Kodak is investigating.
Wettzell(V) - - - No problems.
S-band delay rate residuals show ionospheric disturbance on
baselines: NO OV FN FO
Reprocessing: 79 scans = 17% (all baselines processed on
reprocess scans to avoid FRT mismatch)
