This experiment was correlated at the Bonn Correlator in three passes. Several scans have been re-correlated. These RFI dropped down fringe amplitude at these channels more than 50% of the average value at 40 scans. The channels #9 #10 (frequencies 2212.99 and 2227.99 MHz) were discarded in final fringe. MEDICINA > No particular problem was detected during correlation. NOTO > No particular problem was detected during correlation. NYALES20 > No particular problem was detected during correlation. ONSALA60 > Very poor quality of the second tape. The parity error rate was 10^-6 in the first and third tape and 10^-3 or worser in the second tape. All data were refringed with an higher maximum allowable fraction of bytes in error (0.5 instead of 0.01). Also so not all data were recoverable and one or more frequencies were not recoverable ad 10 scans s band . TIGOWTZL > Very poor data quality for the first 12 hours of observation at X-band. Parity error rate was every time very good (about 10^-6), but no fringe and no phase calibration signal was detectable at 99% of scans. No particular Problem at S-Band. The operator reported that the procedure file was wrong at the beginning of the session. Frequency set-up was correct, system temperature was normal. No comment found in the log file. Phase calibration and fringe amplitude not stable in the first 12 hours also if the SNR was over 10. These data were discarded in the final fringe. Baseline TIGOWTZL-Wettzell local interferences at S band. WETTZELL > Stop between 027-1545 and 027-1744 due to WV00027. (Intensive). YEBES > No fringe and no phase calibration amplitude were detected at channel 8570.99 MHz during the whole session. Frequency set-up was correct, system temperature was normal, parity errors equal to other channels. No comment found in the log file. This frequency was excluded from the final fringing. REFRINGE OF DATA ---------------- All data with station ONSALA were refringed with higher maximum allowable fraction of bytes in error (0.5 instead of 0.01); All baseline with station Matera were refringed without channels 9 10 (frequencies 2212.99 and 2227.99 MHz); All data of station TIGOWTZL from the beginning of the experiment till time 028-000000 were not refringed at both bands; All baseline with station YEBES were refringed without channels 8 (frequency 8570.99 MHz); NOTE: In the final fringe was used Wettzell as reference station and all the the average phase offset for each channel and for each station was corrected with the following values: Parameter for the phase offset of the station Matera (X-Band): 1.2 .6 -.8 -1.3 1.0 -1.1 -1.7 2.4 Parameter for the phase offset of the station Matera (S-Band): -3.9 -10.5 7.2 .2 Parameter for the phase offset of the station Medicina (X-Band): 2.6 -1.8 -2.5 4.2 -3.1 -3.4 .9 2.8 Parameter for the phase offset of the station Medicina (S-Band): -1.8 -.3 .0 6.4 -2.2 -2.5 Parameter for the phase offset of the station Noto (X-Band): -1.8 -2.2 .6 -.3 .3 21.1 -6.3 -12.0 Parameter for the phase offset of the station Noto (S-Band): -1.0 8.1 -5.5 -4.2 5.8 -2.1 Parameter for the phase offset of the station Nyales20 (X-Band): -.5 1.0 4.1 -4.2 -2.8 .3 -.6 2.6 Parameter for the phase offset of the station Nyales20 (S-Band): -.4 -4.4 4.9 1.1 .4 -2.4 Parameter for the phase offset of the station Onsala60 (X-Band): -1.1 -1.6 -.3 3.2 .6 1.2 -1.9 -.1 Parameter for the phase offset of the station Onsala60 (S-Band): -.7 1.3 -2.0 3.0 -2.3 .1 Parameter for the phase offset of the station Tigowtzl (X-Band): -.7 -.8 -.8 3.9 .1 -3.2 .2 1.3 Parameter for the phase offset of the station Tigowtzl (S-Band): 6.3 -5.8 -.3 -1.7 1.5 1.9 Parameter for the phase offset of the station Yebes (X-Band): 4.1 1.7 -3.6 2.4 -11.2 -2.5 7.8 Parameter for the phase offset of the station Yebes (S-Band): .2 -2.9 1.7 3.7 .1 -2.9 * STATISTICS ---------- ** Exp# %done COREL FRINGE hrs 1559 99.0 100.3 140.2 90.5 % QF=7-9 1.0 % QF=3-6 .9 % QF=1-2 3.8 % QF=0 3.8 % QF=A-N ARCHIVE FILES ------------- 1#AE997 2#AE998 3#AE999 4#AF000 5#AF001 6#AF003 7#AF004 8#AF005 9#AF007 10#AF008 11#AF009 12#AF011 13#AF017 14#AF019 15#Logs + other corr. files 16# REMARKS ====== - The DAT cassette is written in standard UNIX tar format - On the DAT cassette you will find #A-files (TAR#1-TAR#14) - TAR#15 LOG-files and other correlator files (first and second dat-cassette) - TAR#32 + All refringed data (second dat-cassette) * Data Base Vers.1 will be created by GIUB Regards Mauro Sorgente
